2018 CALENDAR & TIMES
OUR 2018 REUNION WILL TAKE PLACE IN FRANKFORT, KY.
April 6th, 7th and 8th, 2018
THURSDAY - APRIL 5th
For early arrivals, we will schedule a tour of the Kentucky Horse Park and Museum. We are planning a late afternoon tour for the convenience of the group. After the tour, we can schedule a group dinner together in Lexington prior to returning to Frankfort.
Friday - April 6th - 11 AM to 4 PM (TOTAL TRACK COST $50.00) + (BUS $20.00)
Group "A" Keeneland - Departs the hotel by bus at 11:00 (STANDBY FOR A POSSIBLE 10:30-10:45 CHANGE IN DEPARTURE TIME FOR OUR GROUP PARTICIPATION IN THE OPENING CEREMONIES AT KEENELAND) for Opening Day at Keeneland Race Track. We will be in the Phoenix Room - VIP area overlooking the Paddock. There is easy access to view all races and race preparation. Bus transportation and lunch is included in the cost of the event. The bus is limited to 54 and the Phoenix Room event is limited to 48 attendees. All Phoenix Room reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. For those attending that are not taking the bus from the hotel, the cost is $ 50.00. Parking at the track is $FREE but it is a distance from the track entrance. SEE DETAILED INFO BELOW

Departure from the track to return is at 1615 arriving at the hotel at 1700 hours.
Friday dinner offering is the same as Group "B" below departing the hotel at 1800 (P.O.V). Cracker Barrel 161 Bizzack Blvd. I-64 & Hwy 60 Frankfort, KY 40601 502-848-4035. We expect to be seated as a group.
Friday Group "B" Capitol Tour- (Total Tour Cost is $ FREE) Lunch averages about $13.00 at the Meeting House and is limited to 40 guests. The free trolley tour departs the hotel at 1030 to travel to a tour of the Kentucky State Capitol and Governor's Mansion. The trolley will depart the Mansion at 1215 for lunch at the Meeting House. After lunch, you can continue the remainder of the tour schedule of the Kentucky History Center and Old Statehouse. The meeting House is about two blocks from the hotel making it easy for anyone to return to the hotel at any point.

Tour / Presentation and lunch at Kentucky State University Farm.
We are being hosted by the Kentucky State University Farm for a presentation and tour. They conduct a variety of funded and interesting agricultural research projects. We will be briefed on their latest project.
The tour is limited to a total of 100 attendees. A bus provided by the Frankfort tourism will depart the hotel at 0930 and arrive for a 1000 program start. We return to the hotel by bus prior to 2 PM.
The free bus has a capacity of 50 and is available on a first-come, first-serve-basis. All other attendees in excess of 50 will need to travel by P.O.V. Proper directions to Kentucky State University will be provided for those not in the bus. All bus reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Event and bus lists are maintained on the web attendee page.
After lunch, the bus stops by the hotel on the way to to Buffalo Trace Distillery. Those wishing to stay at the hotel may depart and those wishing to use the bus for the distillery tour may jump on depending on space availability. Buffalo Trace is only 1.1 miles from the hotel. Buffalo Trace tour is from 2-4 PM. We will return to the hotel at 4 PM to prepare for the evening dinner.

Kentucky Lieutenant - Governor Jenine Hampton
We are honored to have the Kentucky Lieutenant Governor as our guest speaker this year. She an Air Force veteran serving in Desert Storm. She has is a dynamic personality and has an impressive background and experience.
