REFUND POLICY & CUTOFF DATES
IMPORTANT HOTEL CUTOFF DATE
The cutoff date for hotel reservations for the reunion block of rooms is August 1,2021. Reservations after that date are on a first-come, first-serve space-availability only. We have no control of the hotel cancellation or no-show rules.
IMPORTANT MEAL CUTOFF DATE
Meal cancellation date is 2300 hours on August 21,2021. Any cancellations after that time are subject to the cancellation policy below.
REUNION REFUND POLICY

WE WILL ATTEMPT (NO GUARANTEE) TO TRANSFER LAST-MINUTE CANCELLED DINNERS TO LAST-MINUTE ADDITIONS.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AS THEY COVER MAILING AND NON-REFUNDABLE FEES INCURRED HOSTING THESE EVENTS.
